Form 5500-EZ Pilot Penalty Relief Program

The IRS has a new program to help small businesses file delinquent Forms 5500 that waives the penalties for late filing, which can be significant. There is no filing fee and you must file by 6/2/2015. It is available to small businesses that only cover owners and their spouses You cannot have received a notice of late filing penalty to be eligible.
